08h00 - 12h00 Creating Web Portals With DotNetNuke 3.0 In this workshop attendees will learn how to install DotNetNuke as a precursor to learning how to create, add content to, and secure a DotNetNuke 3.0 web portal. Each of the pre-built modules will be covered to provide the attendee with a rich set of portal building components. In addition, attendees will also learn how to use the administration tools in order to set up users and security groups, assign access permissions to portal objects, and create and apply skins to a DNN portal.

13h00 - 17h00 Developing Custom DotNetNuke 3.0 Modules In this workshop attendees will learn the programming techniques to extend the DotNetNuke framework by building and deploying custom content modules. Topics covered include data access techniques, integrating modules into the DotNetNuke framework, working with the visual design of a module, and packaging the module for deployment.
