Guy Barrette, Dot NET Expertise     
Guy Barrette is a Solutions Architect based in Montreal, Canada. He is the Microsoft Regional Director for the Montreal region and a MVP for ASP/ASP.NET. He has been working and developing with Microsoft development tools since the launch of VB 3 in 1994. His focus is on Web applications with Microsoft technologies like IIS, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, C#, Visual Studio.Net, SQL Server and other Microsoft tools. He worked on one of the largest and successful e-commerce site in Canada: www.archambault.ca. He's been a speaker at developers' conferences like Microsoft DevDays and DevTeach. François Beauregard, Pyxis Technologies 
Mr. Beauregard is president as well as senior consultant at Pyxis Technologies. Scott Bellware is a .NET software professional living and working in Central Texas. He works primarily with C# focusing on object-oriented business applications, object-relational mapping and persistence, Test-Driven Development, and agile methodologies. He has been awarded MVP for C# in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Scott is the founder and leader of the AgileATX community of agile software practitioners in Austin. Jean-Paul S. Boodhoo is a .NET delivery expert who has been working with the .NET Framework since beta 1 of .NET 1.0. Mario Cardinal, .Net Expertise    
Mario is an independent senior consultant specialized with agile processes and enterprise software architecture. Miguel Castro is a principal consultant and trainer with SteelBlue Solutions and specializes in building and teaching how to build, .NET solutions. Pablo Castro, Microsoft Corporation 
Pablo is ADO.NET Technical Lead at Microsoft. He works in the SQL Server product group at Microsoft, designing the future versions of the programming models for working with data. He has been involved in several releases of large scale projects as Microsoft such as SQL Server 2005 and the .NET Framework. Before joining Microsoft Pablo spent some time running a start-up focused on advanced application frameworks development, and before that he split his time between building collaborative applications and creating infrastructure for inference system creation and distributed execution used in risk analysis applications.

Eric Côté is a professional consultant and a Microsoft Certified Trainer. A DevTeach old hand, he’s been speaking since the inception of the event. Oren Eini  
Oren Eini is a senior developer in We!, a consulting group based in Israel, focusing on architecture, data access and best practices. Most often, he is working on building complex business systems using .Net 2.0, NHibernate and Castle's Frameworks, providing training and guidance for the use of Object Relational Mapping, Inversion of Control, Domain Driven Design and other exciting topics. Carl Franklin has been a figurehead in the VB community since the very early days when he wrote for Visual Basic Programmers Journal. He authored the Q&A column of that magazine as well as many feature articles for VBPJ and other magazines. He has authored two books for John Wiley & Sons on sockets programming in VB, and in 1994 he helped create the very first web site for VB developers, Carl & Gary’s VB Home Page. He now teaches hands-on VB .NET classes for his company, Franklins.Net. Marc Gagnon, MGA Concept

Luc Gauthier is the Microsoft Regional Director for Quebec City and is a Principal Consultant with CGI.

Luc has been working with Information Technology (IT) since 1992. Through his career, Luc acquired extensive experience in developing object-oriented applications, client/server applications and transactional web site.

At CGI, Luc is working in the .NET group since August 2001. This group, specialized in .NET development, has developed the CGI .NET Toolkit and support other .NET projects (.NET Frameworks, Web Services, VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc.) at CGI in Quebec City, but also remotely for other CGI's office like Boston, Montreal, Toronto, etc. Luc has a strong passion for .NET technology since the beginning in 2001. Cathi Gero, C.P.A., is founder and development director of Prenia Corporation, providing custom software applications, training, and architectural designing to businesses and developers. Cathi is a Microsoft C# MVP and is an active member of the .NET community. James has been working in the database arena for well over a decade. He is currently the President and CEO of Spyglass LLC, a data-centric consultancy providing services from application design to back-end DBA services. Beth Massi is a Program Manager on the VS Core Community Team working with the Visual Basic Team producing developer content for MSDN. As a member of the Microsoft community she helps run a .NET user group in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a frequent speaker at various software development events. Before Microsoft she was a Senior Systems Architect at a health care software product company and was a Microsoft Solutions Architect MVP. Jeremy D. Miller  
Jeremy is a Senior Consultant and Agile Mentor in the New York City area with Finetix., the leading Financial Services IT consulting firm specializing in delivering custom solutions to clients trading in Capital Markets. He is helping clients to implement agile practices like Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration with .Net technologies. Jeremy began his IT career writing "Shadow IT" applications to automate his engineering documentation, then wandered into software development because it looked like more fun. Etienne Tremblay is a senior application architect for EDS Canada with 14 years of experience in enterprise application development. Oksana Udovitska, Oxygen Media 
Oksana is a software developer working for Oxygen Media in NYC. Before moving to Oxygen, Oksana spent five years programming in Java and Flash for the financial industry, and was a proud member of a team who created several public-facing applications for the NY Stock Exchange. While Oksana has always enjoyed the challenges of programming, she found that her solitary work in the financial district often seemed dull and unrewarding. At Oxygen, using agile practices and pair programming have helped her reconcile her social nature with the demands of the work, allowing her to become passionate about programming. After moving to Oxygen, Oksana made the transition from Java to C#. She has quickly become recognized as a strong and knowledgeable member of this outstanding team. Tamer joined Microsoft Egypt in August 2000 as a SQL Server Technical Specialist. In July 2002, he was promoted to a Senior TS position. Due to his focus on BI, he’s been identified as an expert in the Middle East and was involved in large BI projects in the Middle-East region. Starting from October 2004 Tamer moved to Microsoft Canada. Some of his proudest accomplishments include delivering the general Keynotes for SQL 2000 and Visual Studio 2003 launches in Egypt, general Keynote in the Middle-east Developers’ Conference (MDC 2004), 3 sessions in DevTeach 2006 in Montreal, 2 sessions in Microsoft Convergence 2007 in San Diego as well as more than 50 sessions to developers around SQL Server 2000 and 2005.

She speaks on SQL Server topics for local user groups and spoke at the 2005 and 2006 PASS Summits. Don Kiely   
Don Kiely, MVP, MCSD, is a senior technology consultant specializing in developing secure desktop and Web applications that integrate databases, Microsoft Office, and related technologies, using tools including SQL Server, Visual Basic, C#, ASP.NET, and XML. Don has authored and co-authored several programming books, many of which you’re likely to see in the bargain bin at your local mega-bookstore. He writes regularly for many industry journals. Don trains developers and speaks regularly at industry conferences, including TechEd, DevTeach, DevConnections, and others. Don is a full member of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers, for some strange reason. He earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Colorado, but fortunately learned the error of his ways. Rushabh is an Independent Consultant and a Business Intelligence Mentor for Solid Quality Mentors.
