Specifically we will show you how to make scrum work on a team of 2 developers or 200 developers and in a corporate environment or a consulting environment. We will explore how to make scrum work with distribute teams within the same organization and in an outsourcing and offshore environment. Lastly we will dive into what tools in Visual Studio Team System, including Microsoft eScrum for TFS, will help you implement these best practices today.
